This is an "old" video, but today I remembered it again, and it still amazes me… This is Randy Pausch “Last Lecture”. He was a Computer Science teacher at Carnegie Mellon University, when he found out he had Pancreatic Cancer. After trying different treatments he spoke to his students about his childhood dreams. He died in the 25th July, 2008.
